Professional Bio
LTC Scott Clark is the incoming commander for 1-77 FA (MLRS) in Grafenwoehr, Germany. He holds a Masters of Operational Studies from the Command & General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS, and a Masters of Science (with honors) in Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe (National Security) from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland as an Olmsted Scholar. LTC Clark’s assignments include 1GNC JFSO, 75th FAB XO, 1-14 FAR (HIMARS) XO, staff & faculty at USMA, 2ID CG AdC, MLRS BTRY CDR in South Korea, and Co/BN FSO in Italy; his deployments include OEF X & XIII and OEADR to Estonia. His FA Journal published works include "Partnership & Priorities: The case for a NATO Joint Fires Centre of Excellence," and "Improving Deep Fires: NATO’s Lessons for U.S. Forces."
