Professional Bio

LTC Scott Clark is the Joint FSO for 1st German-Netherlands Corps in Muenster, Germany. He holds a Masters of Operational Studies from the Command & General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS, and a Masters of Science (with honors) in Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe (National Security) from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland as an Olmsted Scholar. MAJ Clark’s assignments include 75th FA BDE XO, 1-14 FAR (HIMARS) XO, staff & faculty at USMA, battery command in South Korea, and Company / Battalion Fire Support Officer in Italy, with deployments in OEF X & XIII and Operation European Assure, Deter, and Reinforce. His published works include "Partnership & Priorities: The case for a NATO Joint Fires Centre of Excellence," in the FA Journal, Issue 3, 2021.
