05/2024 – Present. Deputy Product Director (Supervisory), Field Artillery Launchers (FAL) Product Office, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, Capability Program Executive (CPE) Offensive Fires, Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Huntsville, AL 35808
• Competitively selected as a Supervisory Deputy Product Director to assist in providing overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, product improvements, fielding, and sustainment of one ACAT 1C level program (M142 HIMARS) and one ACAT II recapitalization program (M270A2 MLRS), managing cost, schedule, and performance.
• Responsible for planning, programing, and executing an average annual budget of over $500M+ and US Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) Ukraine Tranche funding in supporting Ukraine since FY24.
• Led the team in addressing MLRS hull repair which eliminated more than 500 hours of labor per hull and provided the USG with cost savings of more than ~$14M.
• Provided oversight and direction to meet the Transformation in Contact (TiC) 2.0 transformation EXORD for the standup of a new HIMARS unit in HAWAII.
