Professional Bio

Jermaine Sayers is a dedicated U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer currently stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, serving as a 91C Utilities Equipment Repairer and the BOSS (Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers) President for the installation. With a strong background in leadership, logistics, and technical operations, he has successfully led and organized over 30 BOSS events, supported Fort Sill and the greater community, and mentored countless Soldiers through professional development initiatives.

Originally from Saint Catherine, Jamaica, Jermaine holds two associate degrees, including one in cybersecurity. Since enlisting in 2022, he has earned numerous accolades, including Soldier of the Quarter, finishing first in his Basic Leader Course class, and serving as the Rifle NCO for the 2-18th FA Funeral Honors Team. He has also played a key role in helping fellow Soldiers earn the MOVSM and President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Jermaine is passionate about leadership, lifelong learning, and service. He aspires to become a Drill Sergeant, transition into a cybersecurity-related MOS, or pursue a path as a Warrant Officer, continuing his mission to lead by example and empower others.
